YEAH! Day 2 of holidays. I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. It isn't because things have been busy - more like I've been LAZY!
So what has happened since the last post that Reen made at the end of May? Well, as you know, Mackenzie is now crawling. She's good at crawling now - textbook crawling. She's also started to furniture cruise. She can pull herself up and walk along the edge. She likes to knock down her stacking cups. She now has 3.2 teeth - a second top tooth is starting to come out!
She's learned to fall asleep on her own too without much of a fuss. We do her bedtime routine to get her ready for bed, and then put her in her crib with her music playing. She rolls onto her tummy and off to bed she goes, asleep until about 7am or so
I'm definetly enjoying my holidays. I don't have to worry about rushing off @ 7am in the mornings to go catch my bus. Mackenzie gets some extra snuggle time in the morning on big bed.
Today, she had her morning milk in our bedroom. She fell asleep in bed and Reen wanted to take her to her crib. Usually Mackenzie's naps are only about 30 minutes long. Today it was nearly two hours long! I napped along side her in our bed. She woke at about 12:20 all smiley and happy!
Well, that's about it. Here's a picture for everyone to enjoy of Mackenzie and me!
LaterZ!
Darren!!
